ACLEDA Unity offers access to financial services to the whole community across all mobile phone networks. It unites people under a financial umbrella that simplifies day to day banking allowing a wide range of transactions to be securely performed through your mobile phone anywhere in the country and overseas without having to visit a branch. It offers convenience, security and service wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

Features

  • All brands of mobile phones and all networks are able to use ACLEDA Unity.
  • You can choose Khmer or English language for ACLEDA Unity.
  • ACLEDA Unity is available for Khmer Riel, US Dollar, and Thai Bath (for different currency of the account, the bank will convert it automatically based on exchange rate of ACLEDA Bank.)

Channels

With ACLEDA Unity, you can choose one or both of channels below to operate banking services based on your need.

  • Sending and receiving account information through SMS
    • Balance enquiry
    • Mini-statement
    • Mobile phone top up with 'hello (015/016/081) and SMART Mobile (093/010/069/070)'
    • Sending message for helps
    • Receiving message alerts from the bank
    • Request to connect Web Browser or Application
  • Accessing banking services via mobile phone's Web Browser or Application which is downloaded into mobile phone
    • Balance enquiry
    • Mini-statement
    • Own account transfer (in the same branch)
    • Person to person funds transfers (for account with ACLEDA Bank)
    • Bill payment (pay electricity bill)
    • Mobile phone top up with 'hello (015/016/081) and SMART Mobile (093/010/069/070)'

Fee Charges

  • Registration: USD5, KHR20,000, or THB200
  • Balance enquiry & mini-statement: USD0.50, KHR2,000, or THB20 per month
  • Mobile phone top up: free of charge
  • Bill payment: USD0.25, KHR1,000, or THB10 per transaction
  • Own account transfer (in the same branch): USD0.10, KHR400, or THB5 per transaction
  • Person to person funds transfers (for account with ACLEDA Bank): USD1, KHR4,000, or THB50 per transaction
  • Add/remove/change account number: USD1, KHR4,000, or THB50
  • Add/remove/change phone number or SIM: USD1, KHR4,000, or THB50
  • Change language (Khmer or English): USD1, KHR4,000, or THB50
